Short Hair: Is it "in" yet? Probably not, but it is much, much cooler. Kate took this picture when we visited D.C. It was great staying at Kate's place: kind of like a resort.
Baby raccoon that we came across the other day. So cute, I think we scared it stiff. It's little heart was beating so fast.

Did you pick up the coon? It is so cute, I think I would have put it in my pack and kept hiking. You could tame it and then have the best and cutest pet ever. I love raccoons!

Stay far away from the coons! My grandpa was a veternarian and when I was younger he had a couple of baby raccoons that someone dropped off. Well, my cousin and I thought it would be fun to hold and play with them, until my cousin jumped up and said, "Oh my gosh it's pooping on you!" Yep, hershey squirts all over my lap! Evil varmits! ;)
